Sleek balconies and stairs in Ultra High Performance Concrete

FORTKAJ

Fortkaj is the name of a beautiful building in the Århusgade district of Copenhagen. Here, 81 different types of quality apartments have been constructed, many of which have Hi-Con balconies installed. This allows residents to enjoy both the view and the bustling city life right outside their apartments.

For the Fortkaj project, Hi-Con will deliver a total of 510 elements in Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC). This includes balconies, stairs, window frames, balcony slabs, and door frames.

Fortkaj is located next to the Kronløbsbassinet and the upcoming "Kronløbsø," where we will deliver and install 220 balconies with embedded brick tiles for the island.
