FOCUS ON NATURAL LIGHT AND OUTDOOR SPACE

The construction on Vermlandsgade in Amager, Denmark, is within walking distance to both Christiansborg and the University of Copenhagen. The 8,400 m² building is built over seven floors and contains 13 different types of apartments. Common to all of them is their large natural light intake and access to a private outdoor space. Most of the apartments are equipped with two balconies, which contribute to the excellent light intake.

HI-CON ELEMENTS

Hi-Con has supplied 110 balconies in Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) in 3 variants for the construction. The balconies have integrated parapets on 1 or 2 sides. The balconies have a thickness of between 80-100 mm.

The project also includes the delivery of 222 benches in UHPC.
