BALCONY DESIGN THAT PROVIDES PRIVACY

Discover Faelledudsigten, a residential complex located in the vibrant Ørestad Syd, next to the Royal Arena and the protected natural area, Amager Fælled, in Denmark. This area, known for its breathtaking nature and unique atmosphere, attracts both couples and families in search of the perfect home.

At Faelledudsigten, the balconies are not just part of the building's aesthetics but also a private oasis for residents. Here, one can enjoy the sun and find shelter while overlooking a magnificent view that stretches 180 degrees over both nature and urban life. The balconies, arranged in a dynamic alternation along the facade, add an interesting touch to the building's expression.

A BALCONY SOLUTION IN ULTRA HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE

Hi-Con has contributed to this impressive project with more than 100 elegant box balconies in light ultra high performance concrete (UHPC) of the type CRC i2® in both the first and second phases of Faelledudsigten.

These balconies, with dimensions ranging from 3.55 to 3.85 meters in length, 1.5 to 1.8 meters in depth, and a height of 2.6 meters, are designed with a thickness between 70 and 85 mm.

Additionally, the balconies are constructed with a single-sided slope over the front edge, a drip notch on the underside, and grooves in the roof plate for water drainage.
