VIEW OVER WATER AND CITY
In addition to being situated on the waterfront with views over the Limfjord, Plaza Havnefronten in Aalborg, Denmark, is adorned with its unique architecture.
For the project, Hi-Con has supplied 28 parapet balconies in various designs, all cast in grey Ultra High Performance Concrete CRC i2®.
The spacious parapet balconies are fitted with glass enclosures, allowing them to be used year-round. This transforms the balconies into private outdoor spaces for the apartments, essentially creating an extra room—a type of conservatory—where residents can enjoy views over the Limfjord and the city.
