Beautiful view at the waterfront

Besides being located at the first row and with an incredible view over Limfjorden and the city of Aalborg, Plaza adorns the waterfront with its unique architecture. 

Hi-Con supplied the building with 28 parapet balconies in different variations, which are all cast in grey CRC i2®. The spacious parapet balconies has glass coverings installed that can be pulled out if needed. In this way the balconies become a private outdoor area that can be transformed into a conservatory and thereby usable despite of the weather.
