BALCONIES IN UHPC FOR RESIDENTS' ENJOYMENT

After the first phase of the project in the Potipuisto area in Finland, future residents can look forward to a delightful outdoor space. Hi-Con has supplied box balconies in Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) for the Postipuisto area in North Pasila, Helsinki.

In collaboration with Oy Helsingin Rullakkokatu 1 and TA-Asumisoikeus Oy / Metsäläntie 6 B, we have produced and delivered a total of 38 slim box balconies made of light ultra high performance concrete.

The balconies have been equipped with full-height windows, which is advantageous considering Finland's changing weather.

Installing the slim and lightweight UHPC balconies after the facade treatment allows for a simple and quick process.

When installing Hi-Con's balconies, there is no need for supports or heavy lifting equipment during the construction work!
