A NEW AND INVITING RESIDENTIAL AREA

Rødovre Station Center in Denmark, which was destroyed in a fire in 2013, has been transformed into a modern and architecturally impressive landmark. Rødovre Port is now an impressive and visually striking residential area covering over 37,000 m², featuring 534 modern rental apartments spread across nine buildings, as well as shops and offices. The area boasts bright and golden colors that create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. Multiple outdoor areas and a green courtyard provide ample opportunities for social interaction and leisure, making it an exciting housing option for individuals, couples, and families.

One of the distinctive features of Rødovre Port is its impressive facade design, particularly evident in the project's three towers. The facade is characterized by the use of modern and lightweight balconies that enhance the visual appeal of the buildings. These elements create a sense of openness and lightness throughout the project, giving it a unique character. The balconies are arranged in a way that creates a visually interesting pattern and offers accessible outdoor spaces for residents.

"We chose to collaborate with Hi-Con on balconies due to several crucial factors for our project. Aesthetically, the design needed to have a seamless interplay with our white concrete facade panels, while also giving a light appearance. For this purpose, Hi-Con's product is ideal. Additionally, Hi-Con is an extremely professional partner who can handle their tasks independently without extra attention from our side. This provides great value for us."
