BALCONIES WITH A SCENIC VIEW
The Kjøita Secret Garden project in Kristiansand, Norway, is equipped with Hi-Con balconies in light Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) CRC i2® with stainless fibers.
Kjøita Secret Garden consists of three bright buildings of high architectural quality, housing 150 bright apartments. The development is located in a scenic area with green spaces, rivers, and lakes, which residents either have access to or can view from their spacious balconies and terraces on both sides of the buildings.
For the project in Kristiansand, Hi-Con supplied 178 UHPC balconies in four variants, with slab thicknesses varying from 65-100 mm. In addition to the balconies, Hi-Con also supplied 141 columns with 119 wall slabs and 31 roof slabs.
