IMPRESSIVE STAIRCASE DESIGN

Architect Rietveld's office in Amvest, Holland, is a striking sight distinguished by its unique elements not found elsewhere. The building is designed to promote interaction and movement with open spaces, glass facades, and workspaces on the same floor, creating a dynamic environment. Rietveld's design philosophy, balancing aesthetics with functionality, has resulted in an inspiring workplace that highlights Amvest's vision and values.

For this remarkable project, Hi-Con has delivered a modern and innovative staircase in Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC), which has become a central part of the building's aesthetics and functionality. The staircase spans a considerable distance and is suspended in a stack, with the glass balustrade resting on steel profiles attached to the staircase.

The steps measure only 80 mm in thickness.
