NEW APARTMENTS

 

The "Væksthuset" project in Randers, Denmark, includes 72 apartments spread over 4 floors, featuring 1, 2, 3, and 4-room units with a total floor area of approximately 5,800 m².

 

Access to the apartments is via the balcony galleries in Ultra High Performance Concrete (UHPC) from Hi-Con, facing a shared courtyard. The building steps down towards the south, creating attractive roof terraces at various levels.

 

PROJECT DETAILS

Hi-Con will deliver 33 large balcony walkways for this project, and we are already in the process of assembling our molds and casting the elements in our production.

 

Additionally, 56 UHPC columns and 18 UHPC beams will be supplied for the project.
