First Hi-Con project in The Netherlands

The Netherlands introduced Hi-Con balconies to the Dutch market with project Amber in Poptahof. Hi-Con supplied the project with both balconies and cladding elements, which are all cast in light CRC i2®. 

The balconies at Poptahof consist of slender and simple cantilevered balcony slabs that measure down to 50 mm in thickness. The advantage of this type of balcony is that the elements are very lightweight and therefore buildings can often carry very large balconies of this type. Large balconies can increase the value of the apartment and make the balconies even more useful for the residents.
