MATERIAL DOCUMENTATION
We know our concretes, and we are continuously developing our material to ensure it is optimized for its applications.
We specialize in Ultra High Performance Concrete, and our concrete is Denmark's oldest and best-documented UHPC on the market. We call our generation of this type of concrete CRC i2®. With elements from Hi-Con, you can be confident that the material has been thoroughly tested and documented for the specific purpose the elements are intended for.
WE DELIVER DIFFERENT TYPES OF FACADES
-
Insulated facade elements in Ultra High Performance Concrete can be used for both renovation and retrofitting projects as well as new construction. The insulated facade element has concrete on one side and insulation on the other and can be mounted on an already existing back wall or a newly constructed shell. The facade elements are slim, simple to install, lightweight, and can be cast down to a thickness of 30 mm.

-
Aesthetic facade cladding contributes to the building's identity and can also be used for sun shading. Facade cladding in Ultra High Performance Concrete can be manufactured in large formats, with a customized appearance, and with a thickness down to 45 mm.

-
Facade panels in Ultra High Performance Concrete are often used for facade solutions where a custom solution is needed or to create uniformity and a beautiful overall expression of your facade. With facade panels from Hi-Con, you can achieve large formats, customized surfaces, slim designs, and lightweight elements that are easy to install.
-
Ultra High Performance Concrete can be used to create facades for renovation projects. This can be particularly useful when housing associations aim to improve energy efficiency or add insulation to their properties, or when the facade needs to be replaced as part of a larger transformation.
Regardless of the purpose of the renovation project, Hi-Con can provide consultation on the optimal solution. We always consider the existing structure in our renovation projects and can produce self-supporting facades or facades where the load is transferred to the ground when the existing back wall cannot withstand additional loads.
